Referee Squad (MOM 327) is a blue Creature — Homunculus from the March of the Machine set with convoke and vigilance. When it enters the battlefield it taps an opponent’s creature and places a stun counter on it, preventing it from untapping normally. Its convoke ability lets you reduce its casting cost by tapping your creatures, making it a flexible midrange or tempo play that can both accelerate casting and disrupt a blocker or attacker.
