This modal double-faced card is a blue Battle Siege that transforms into an artifact named Overloaded Mage-Ring from March of the Machine. When the Siege enters the battlefield you draw three cards then discard one, and attacking players can deal its defense counters to potentially exile and cast the transformed face. The back face is an artifact that can be tapped and sacrificed with {1} to copy a spell you control, allowing you to choose new targets for the copy.
