The Siege enters with defense counters and lets its controller search for a non-Human creature card with mana value X or less to put onto the battlefield, then can be attacked and defeated to cast Zilortha transformed. As Zilortha, it’s an 8/8 with Reach and an ability that lets each non-Human you control assign combat damage as though it weren’t blocked, which supports aggressive non-Human creature strategies.
