Sword of Once and Future (PMOM-265p — foil) is an Artifact — Equipment from the March of the Machine Promos set. Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and protection from blue and black, and whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player you surveil 2 then may cast an instant or sorcery card with mana value 2 or less from your graveyard without paying its mana cost, exiling it if it would be put into the graveyard. With Equip 2, it supports midrange or tempo builds that use cheap instants and sorceries for recurring value and incremental advantage.
