The Golden City of Orazca (MOC-52) is a Plane — Ixalan from the March of the Machine Commander set. It grants Ascend and creates a Treasure token whenever one or more of your creatures deal combat damage to a player, and if you have the city’s blessing you draw a card then. It also provides an additional chaos-style effect allowing you to put a permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield tapped when chaos ensues.
