Description

Rishkar, Peema Renegade (MOC-310) is a legendary Elf Druid from the March of the Machine Commander set. When it enters the battlefield it distributes a +1/+1 counter to up to two target creatures, and any creature you control with a counter gains the tap ability to add G. Its static ability turns countered creatures into additional one-mana green sources, enabling ramp and synergy with +1/+1 counter strategies.
