Rise and Shine (MOC-233) is a rare blue sorcery from March of the Machine Commander. Its primary mode turns a noncreature artifact you control into a 0/0 artifact creature and then places four +1/+1 counters on each artifact that became a creature this way. It also has Overload for {4}{U}{U}, replacing its single-target text with “each” so it can affect all qualifying artifacts instead of just one.
