Rashmi and Ragavan

Description

Rashmi and Ragavan (MOC-94) is a legendary creature from the March of the Machine Commander set that combines green, red, and blue. Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, it exiles the top card of a target opponent’s library and creates a Treasure token, and you may cast that exiled card without paying its mana cost if its mana value is less than the number of artifacts you control. The ability can generate both card advantage and ramp by creating Treasures and providing potential free spells that scale with artifact count.
