Description

Rashmi and Ragavan (MOC-8, Foil) is a legendary creature card from the March of the Machine Commander set that’s both green, red, and blue and has subtypes Elf and Monkey. Its triggered ability exiles the top card of a targeted opponent’s library and creates a Treasure when you cast your first spell each turn, then may let you cast that exiled card without paying its mana cost if its mana value is less than the number of artifacts you control. The card functions as a value engine for treasure/combo decks and supports casting off-exile effects while also being a four-power, four-toughness attacker and commander candidate in casual formats.
