Description

Rashmi and Ragavan (MOC-8) is a legendary Creature — Elf Monkey from the March of the Machine Commander set. Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, it exiles the top card of a target opponent’s library, creates a Treasure token, and may let you cast that exiled card without paying its mana cost if its mana value is less than the number of artifacts you control. The ability can provide card advantage and off‑color castability, enabling tempo swings and combo lines by turning Treasures and exiled cards into immediate resources.
