New Argive (MOC-59) is a Plane — Dominaria from the March of the Machine Commander release. It gives attacking historic creatures you control +2/+2 until end of turn and has a chaos ability that digs for a historic card when chaos ensues. Plane cards are used in Planechase supplemental formats, not as normal deck cards in Constructed or Limited play.
