Description

Moira and Teshar (MOC-93) is a legendary Phyrexian Spirit Bird creature from the March of the Machine Commander set. It has flying and a triggered ability that returns a target nonland permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield with haste whenever you cast a historic spell, then exiles it at the next end step and replaces any later zone change with exile. This card supports graveyard-reanimation strategies and rewards casting artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas by temporarily reanimating impactful permanents.
