Description

Moira and Teshar (MOC-7 foil) is a legendary Phyrexian Spirit Bird creature from the March of the Machine Commander set. It has flying and a triggered ability that returns a nonland permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield with haste when you cast a historic spell, then exiles it at the next end step and replaces other zone changes with exile. Its combination of recursion and haste supports short-term tempo plays and synergy with artifact, legendary, and Saga cards in decks that can cast historic spells.
