Herald's Horn (MOC-360) is an artifact from the March of the Machine Commander expansion that supports a chosen creature type. It reduces the generic cost of creature spells of that chosen type by {1} and lets you reveal and draw the top card at your upkeep if it's a creature of that type. It thereby both accelerates casting of tribal creatures and improves card selection consistency for a focused tribal deck.
