Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell with a single target, that player copies that spell for each other spell, permanent, card not on the battlefield, and/or player the spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of them. Whenever chaos ensues, choose target creature. Each player except that creature's controller creates a token that's a copy of that creature.

Glimmervoid Basin (MOC-143) is a Plane card representing Mirrodin from the March of the Machine Commander set. Its first ability copies single-target instants or sorceries for each other legal target and each copy targets a different one, and its chaos ability makes each other player create a token copy of a chosen creature. The card functions as a planar effect during Planechase games and uses the Planechase rules for planar controllers and chaos triggers.
