Exsanguinator Cavalry (MOC-26) is a Rare Vampire Knight creature from the March of the Machine Commander set. It has menace and lifelink and triggers whenever a Knight you control deals combat damage to a player to put a +1/+1 counter on that creature and create a Blood artifact token. The Blood token can be spent for card draw by paying {1}, tapping, discarding a card, and sacrificing the token, which supports card advantage and synergies with sacrifice or Blood-themed effects.
