When you planeswalk to Enigma Ridges, each player who controls fewer lands than the player who controls the most lands searches their library for a number of basic land cards less than or equal to the difference, reveals them, puts them into their hand, then shuffles. Whenever chaos ensues, draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.

Enigma Ridges (MOC-48) is a Plane — Echoir from the March of the Machine Commander set. When you planeswalk to it, players with fewer lands than the player with the most may search for and draw basic lands up to the difference, and its chaos trigger lets the controller draw a card and optionally put a land from hand onto the battlefield. This card functions as a Planechase plane that modifies gameplay while in the planar deck rather than a standard Magic card for inclusion in normal decks.
