Echo Storm (MOC-221) is a rare sorcery from the March of the Machine Commander expansion. When cast, it makes copies based on how many times you've cast commanders from the command zone and each resolving copy can target and create a token that's a copy of a chosen artifact. In Commander play it functions as a value engine that can produce multiple artifact tokens and repeatedly trigger enter-the-battlefield effects.
