The First Sliver (PF25-3 foil) is a legendary Sliver creature from the MagicFest 2025 promo set. It has cascade and gives Sliver spells you cast cascade as well, enabling heavy recursion of lower-cost spells. As a five-mana 7/7 that grants cascade to other Slivers, it functions as a finish-and-value engine in tribal Sliver builds.
