Necromantic Summons (ORI-110) is an uncommon black sorcery from the Magic Origins set that reanimates a creature card from any graveyard under your control. It has a spell mastery clause that, if you have two or more instants and/or sorceries in your graveyard when it resolves, gives the returned creature two additional +1/+1 counters. In deckbuilding it functions as a reanimation tool that both imports a creature from any graveyard and can provide extra toughness or power through its counters when your graveyard supports spell mastery.
