Talent of the Telepath (PORI-78s foil) is a blue sorcery promo from Magic Origins that lets you reveal the top seven cards of an opponent’s library and cast instant or sorcery cards revealed this way without paying their mana costs. Its spell mastery ability lets you cast up to two such spells instead of one if you have two or more instants and/or sorceries in your graveyard. The card lets you ignore timing restrictions tied to card type while resolving but respects other timing or mandatory cost conditions.
