Hinder (A24) is an uncommon blue instant from the Magic Online Theme Decks set. It counters a target spell and instead of leaving the stack into the graveyard, the countered card is placed on either the top or bottom of its owner’s library as chosen by Hinder’s controller. This replacement effect can be used to deny graveyard interactions and manipulate an opponent’s draw sequencing.
