Exile All Hallow's Eve with two scream counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, if this card is exiled with a scream counter on it, remove a scream counter from it. If there are no more scream counters on it, put it into your graveyard and each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard to the battlefield.

All Hallow's Eve (TD0-A35) is a rare sorcery from the Magic Online Theme Decks product. When it resolves it is exiled with two scream counters and its exile-based triggered ability removes one counter each upkeep until the last is removed, at which point it goes to the graveyard and each player returns all creature cards from their graveyards to the battlefield. Its triggered ability functions from exile and includes an intervening "if" clause, so it won't trigger unless it is exiled with a scream counter and players can respond before the final counter is removed.
