Uvilda, Dean of Perfection // Nassari, Dean of Expression (PRM-90252) is a double-faced legendary creature from the Magic Online Promos release embodying a blue Djinn Wizard and a red Efreet Shaman. Uvilda lets you exile an instant or sorcery from your hand and place three hone counters on it, then gradually remove them each upkeep to optionally cast the card for up to {4} less when the last counter is removed. Nassari exiles the top card of each opponent’s library at your upkeep and lets you cast those exiled cards that turn using mana of any color, and it gains a +1/+1 counter whenever you cast a spell from exile.
