When it enters the battlefield you may have it enter as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, and it enters with a shield counter if you control the copied creature which can prevent damage or destruction once. Its copy effect lets it adopt another creature’s characteristics for versatility while the shield counter provides a one-time protective buffer that interacts with damage and destruction rules.
