Thrasta, Tempest's Roar (PRM 91299) is a legendary Dinosaur creature from the Magic Online Promos printings. It costs less to cast for each other spell cast that turn, and has trample and haste plus trample-over-planeswalkers and conditional hexproof if it entered that turn. Its high power and haste make it a late-turn finisher that rewards stormy or spell-heavy turns and can redirect excess combat damage to players from attacked planeswalkers.
