Thassa's Intervention (PRM-79957) is an instant from the Magic Online Promos set. It lets you choose between digging into your library to put up to two of the top X cards into your hand and randomizing the rest to the bottom, or forcing an opponent to pay twice X to avoid having their spell countered. The card scales with X, allowing it to be used both as card selection and as a flexible counterspell depending on the game state.
