Szat's Will (PRM-86056) is a black Instant from the Magic Online Promos set that offers modal effects and has a converted mana cost of 5. It lets you choose one of two effects — force each opponent to sacrifice a creature with the greatest power they control, or exile all opponents' graveyards and create 0/1 black Thrull tokens equal to the greatest power among creature cards exiled this way — and if you control a commander as you cast it you may choose both. The spell interacts strongly with multiplayer commander games by enabling both board disruption and graveyard hate depending on mode selection.
