Whenever a permanent an opponent controls is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Sarulf. At the beginning of your upkeep, if Sarulf has one or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may remove all of them. If you do, exile each other nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number of counters removed this way.

Sarulf, Realm Eater (PRM 88370) is a legendary Wolf creature in the Magic Online Promos set. It gains +1/+1 counters whenever an opponent's permanent goes to the graveyard and can remove all counters at upkeep to exile other nonland permanents with converted mana cost up to the number removed. Its removal-triggered exile ability can be chosen even if doing so will kill Sarulf, creating a board-swinging inevitability option.
