When it enters the battlefield it triggers an ability that lets each opponent search their library for up to three basic lands, with one of the lands they find entering tapped under your control and the rest entering tapped under their control. The effect can accelerate your mana while also giving opponents lands, which gives the card applications in tempo, landfall, or multiplayer political decks.
