Promise of Loyalty (PRM 89994) is a white sorcery from the Magic Online Promos set that assigns vow counters to creatures. Each player puts a vow counter on one creature they control and sacrifices the rest, and creatures with a vow counter can't attack you or your planeswalkers while they have it. This card can be used to single out and neutralize a single opposing threat while clearing other blockers or attackers from the battlefield.
