At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses target player who controls more creatures than they do and is their opponent. The first player may reveal cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. If the first player does, that player puts that card onto the battlefield and all other cards revealed this way into their graveyard.

Oath of Druids (PRM 36092 foil) is a green enchantment promo from the Magic Online Promos series. At each player's upkeep it can let the active player reveal cards from their library until they find a creature and put that creature onto the battlefield if an opponent controls more creatures. The effect accelerates creature deployment and can dramatically alter board states by cheating creatures into play.
