Nightmare Shepherd (PRM-79905) is a rare Enchantment Creature — Demon from the Magic Online Promos set. It has flying and a triggered ability that lets you exile another nontoken creature that died to create a 1/1 Nightmare token copy of that creature. The token copies enter-the-battlefield effects and printed characteristics but are 1/1 Nightmares and do not copy temporary modifications or counters.
