Mizzium Mortars (PRM-99667) is a red sorcery from the Magic Online Promos set. Its normal casting deals four damage to a creature an opponent controls, and it has an overload alternate cost that converts it into a non-targeting effect that can hit multiple permanents. Because the overloaded version doesn't target, that mode can affect creatures with hexproof that the targeted casting could not.
