Keeper of the Accord (PRM 86016) is a Rare white Creature — Human Soldier from the Magic Online Promos set. It has two triggered abilities that at each opponent's end step can create a 1/1 white Soldier token if that opponent controls more creatures than you, and may fetch a basic Plains onto the battlefield tapped if that opponent controls more lands than you. These simultaneous end-step triggers let the card provide both defensive chump blockers and mana fixing over the course of a game.
