Jaxis, the Troublemaker (PRM 99769) is a legendary red creature that can be cast normally or for its Blitz cost. For {R}, {T}, and discarding a card, it creates a token copy of another creature you control that gains haste, a death-triggered card draw, and is sacrificed at the next end step. As a Blitz creature, casting it for its alternate cost grants haste and a similar sacrifice-and-draw effect tied to that creature's death.
