Helm of Obedience (collector number 65642) is an artifact promo from the Magic Online Promos series. Its activated ability lets you tap and pay X to mill an opponent repeatedly until a creature or X cards are milled, then you sacrifice the artifact and put one of those milled creature cards onto the battlefield under your control. The interaction can be used both to steal a large creature from an opponent’s deck and, in some rule-edge cases, to remove an opponent’s library from the game.
