Ghouls' Night Out (PRM-93984) is a black sorcery from the Magic Online Promos series. It returns a creature card from each player's graveyard to the battlefield under your control, makes those creatures black Zombies in addition to their other types, and grants them decayed. Because decayed prevents blocking and causes those creatures to be sacrificed when they attack, the card functions mainly as a short-term board swing, combo enabler, or fuel for sacrifice synergies.
