Forbid (PRM 36078 foil) is a blue instant from the Magic Online Promos set. It counters a target spell and has Buyback by discarding two cards to return Forbid to your hand as it resolves. This gives it repeatable counterspell utility at the cost of discarding, enabling both single-use interruption and recurring control options in games where it is legal.
