Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, and you may cast any number of those nonland cards without paying their mana costs as Fevered Suspicion resolves. It also has Rebound, so if cast from your hand it will be exiled on resolution and may be cast again at the start of your next upkeep.
