Fervent Mastery (PRM 90096) is a red sorcery promo from Magic Online Promos. It can be cast for its normal {3}{R}{R} cost or for an alternative cost of {2}{R}{R}, and if the alternative cost was paid it forces a chosen opponent to discard any number of cards then draw that many. It also lets you search your library for up to three cards to put into your hand and then shuffle and discard three cards at random, providing tutors with a hand-cycling drawback.
