For {3} it can exile another creature you control and immediately return it, and it triggers to allow paying G/W to put +1/+1 counters on creatures that enter (two counters if they are Unicorns). This combination makes it a repeatable enter-the-battlefield enabler and a counters engine that supports ETB and token strategies.
