Draugr Necromancer (PRM 88280) is a Snow Creature — Zombie Cleric from Magic Online Promos. It exiles nontoken creatures an opponent controls when they would die by putting ice counters on them and lets you cast spells owned by opponents from among those exiled cards, using snow mana as any color. Its interaction creates a recurring resource by enabling casting opponents’ exiled spells while not allowing lands from exile to be played.
