As an additional cost you exile an instant or sorcery from your graveyard, then it deals X damage to each non-Dragon creature equal to that exiled card's mana value and exiles creatures that would die this turn. It acts as a situational board wipe against non-Dragon creatures while also providing graveyard interaction for decks that leverage exile or value from instants and sorceries.
