It destroys an artifact, enchantment, or land and then lets the destroyed land's controller search their library for up to two basic lands (or one basic land if the destroyed permanent was not a land); otherwise the controller may search for one basic land. It also has Flashback for {3}{R}{G}, letting you cast it again from your graveyard once before it is exiled.
