Council's Judgment (PRM-82820) is a white sorcery promo from the Magic Online Promos set. It has the Will of the Council mechanic where each player votes for a nonland permanent you don’t control and then exiles the permanent(s) with the most votes. In multiplayer games it acts as political removal that can exile multiple permanents depending on voting outcomes.
