Chef's Kiss (PRM-91285) is a red Instant from the Magic Online Promos series. It gains control of a target spell that targets only a single permanent or player, copies that spell, then randomly reselects new targets for the original and the copy that cannot be you or permanents you control. Rulings clarify that copying and reselection are not castings, that reselection is random, and that if no legal alternate targets exist some parts of the spell may do nothing.
