Cemetery Desecrator (PRM-95357) is a black Zombie creature from the Magic Online Promos set. It has menace and a triggered ability that exiles another card from a graveyard to either remove counters from a permanent equal to that card's mana value or give an opponent's creature -X/-X until end of turn. Rulings note that the controller chooses which counters to remove and that the mode and target for the secondary ability are chosen when that ability is put on the stack.
