Blim, Comedic Genius is a legendary Imp creature from the Magic Online Promos set printed as a normal variant. It has flying and a triggered ability that, when it deals combat damage to a player, makes that player gain control of a target permanent you control and then causes each player to lose life and discard cards equal to the number of permanents they control but don't own. The control-change effect is permanent and chosen by you, and the subsequent life loss and discards count all permanents a player controls that they do not own.
