The Chain Veil (M15-215) is a legendary artifact from the Magic 2015 core set. It lets you pay 4 and tap to allow each planeswalker you control to activate one of its loyalty abilities an additional time that turn. It also has a triggered penalty that makes you lose 2 life at your end step if you didn’t activate a planeswalker loyalty ability that turn, incentivizing repeated activations.
